Valuation statements will be mailed by April 30th, 2024. 

Greenwood Township Local Board of Appeal and Equalization meeting will be held on May 7th, 2024 at 6:00pm at the Greenwood Township Hall. 

Clover Township Local Board of Appeal and Equalization meeting will be held on May 17th, 2024 at 6:00pm at the Clover Township Hall. 

Holst Township Local Board of Appeal and Equalization meeting will be held on May 21st, 2024 at 7:00pm at the Holst Township Hall

All other jurisdictions Local Board of Appeal and Equalization will be held in the Clearwater County Courthouse in the Assessor's Office on May 14th, 2024 from 9:00am to 4:00pm and May 15th, 2024 from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
